Page 19 text:

This friendly Senior boy, Adrian Lewis, was gone from Osceola during his Junior year of high school. He was Grid-iron attendant and one of our active football players. He seemed to be in on most of the mischievous schemes in which Don Mickey was involved. Adrian had artistic talent which he could put to good use. He has future plans of joining the service. Duane Lindeblade was one of the quiet and reserved boys of our class. He was on the basketball squad and got in there and fought for die ball along with the other guys. Duane plans to farm after he is out of school. ADRIAN LEWIS DUANE LINDEBLADE This is the President of our Pep Club, Carolyn Marak. She is also the Vice-President of F.H.A. Carolyn was active in music, belonging to the band and choruses. She showed her talent for acting in the Junior Play. She plans to work after she graduates. Don Mickey was usually behind most of the mischievous acts in this class. His ability to keep a straight face kept him out of trouble, though. Don was a Grid-iron attendant last falL He is married to the former Murlene Miller and wants to make farming his career. CAROLYN MARAK DON MICKEY SHIRLEY MILLER Shirley Miller was a majorette for three years, belonged to Pep Club, and the choruses. Her friendliness won her the honor of being Gridiron attendant. She played the part of “Ma Hollowbone” in the play and it was a wonder she got through her part without breaking out in the fantastic giggle she is known for. Shirley plans to work, and then who knows? This attractive and dependable girl JoLene Peterson served as the Secretary and Treasurer of the class this year. Her musical talents were shown in band and in the choruses. She was a member of the Pep Club. JoLene was one of the Gridiron attendants last fall. She plans to be a secretary when she graduates.
