CLASS PROPHECY Several years have gone by since the Senior Class of 52 left O. H. S. The other day as I glanced through my 52 Bulldog, I tnought to myself all the queer changes that had taken place since the long lost year of 52 . Many of the members of this class are very successful, and the others-?well, let’s go down the list and you can see for yourself what changes have taken place. First off the list we find Dick Alt, better known in the good old days as Hubie . In school he was a freat athlete, now he is a big game hunter in South Africa. In the last letter we received from him he said unting had been pretty fair, tne last time he was out he returned home with his largest game of the year-- two johnny rabbits . Next we receive the news from Washington D. C., our national capitol. Here we find many of the Class of 52 employed. First there is Francis Ienn, who like father like son, is now janitor in the capitol. We find that he is known around there as the best janitor of all times. Also here, we find LaVern Richards. LaVern was the big political man of that class. He is now running in the Primary election, for President. (I don't remember which party but it seems to me like it was Republican. You had better ask him to be sure.) The other member of that class that is in Washington is Janet Zedicher. We hear that she also is running for high political office — LaVern's wife. . Delmar Augustine has changed since high school days. The lfst we heard he was living on a large ranch out in Western Nebraska. He finds mis life is better for him. He says he is soon going to retire. In Las Vegas we find that the most well known of all the night club’s is me Night Owl belonging to Robert Earl Johnson, and his wife, the former Rose Bernt. Bom of these are previous members of the class. In Reno we find Marian Boden, who is getting her fifth divorce, and we hear mat she is returning again to her old high school sweetheart?????????? I believe he lives in Africa now. In Hollywood we see me name, JO ANNE CARLSON, appearing at all me Hollywood primere's, and on all me movie-houses, magazines, etc. Who would have ever thought mat, mat shy little cheerleader would be a noted movie star. The biggest change of all me members of mat great class, we find is Donal Lindblade. He was so quiet and shy, but today we read mat he has been sentenced to Alcatraz for life. What happened to him????? Out at Coney Island we find mat Eleanor Gabriel is known as the richest popcorn popper in me world. She moved to Coney Island after graduating from O. H. S. in 52 . Latest headlines. DEMARIS JOHNSON, WINS MISS AMERICA BEAUTY CONTEST. THE NEW MISS AMERICA OF 1952, IS SAID TO BE THE PRETTIEST EVER TO WIN THIS FAMOUS BEAUTY CONTEST. Well our queen of 52” seems to be doing all right for herself. Nice going Marcy. In California we find that me most successful restaurant of me year is The Brown Derby now belonging to Harold Johnson, me happy-go-lucky ofthe Class of 52 . Also, we hear mat his chief cook, and bottle washer is Raymond Miller, another swell guy from mat class. Dr. Gerald Schmoker, is now one of me most famous verterinarians of mis day. Nice going Gerald. Now back to O. H. S. where we find Jim Sterup as coach of good old O. H. S. He is now married to Joanie J. and they are raising quite a large family. Also at O. H. S. we find Robert Walgreen as superintendent. Don't be too hard on me kids Wally. Kenneth Esau, is still building hot rods , and we hear he is doing quite well.

Glenna Richards, is head secretary to the Governor of Nebraska now. Her high school education paid off quite well. Jack Schott, is now a member of the Los Angles, Ram. He is known as Crazy leg Schott . His athletics in school turned out to be a life long job. Glen Brazee is a famous track star in the Olympic's and his manager is Lyle Kennedy. Glen is doing real well, at least the last we heard he was still running after women, or pardon me I mean still running in the Olympic’s. Verneta Ferris, is an English teacher. The last we heard she was teaching in Iowa. Don Zedicher, owns a large farm, and is quite well to do, or at least that's what the paper says. Last but not least, we come to Bob Peterson. Bob is doing real well. He is now Professor Peterson, head of the University of Nebraska. Nice going, Pete. The fore-going will gives you an idea of what has or rather is apt to happen, to the great Class of ”52 . I am sure that they will long be remembered at O. H. S. as being a very wonderful and great class. SENIOR CLASS WILL We, the Seniors of the class of nineteen hundred and fifty-two, in full possession of a crammed mind, well trained memory, and almost superhuman understanding, do make and publish this, our last will and testament, to bestow and bequeath to the following beneficaries, in manner and form as follows; I, Lyle Kennedy, will my contract to Metro-Golden Mayor—as a movie star, to Gregg Eklund.
