Win wood’s Video a S t year, a much acclaimed pop artist, Steve Win- wood, chose Ma¬ nassas as the set¬ ting for his video — “Back In the High Life Again.” While it was a surprise at the time, it really shouldn’t have been. Manassas is the perfect illus¬ tration for such a song. The song speaks of good times, bright memories, and most important great potential. Manassas has all of it. Osbourn High proves that. Stu¬ dents here are prepared for a bright future, but not robbed of their youth and good times. No matter whether a student is a senior or freshman, athlete or intellectual (or both), he is in the high life here. Over the past years, student styles have changed, and stu¬ dent attitudes have changed. But no matter what is different, the good times re¬ main. Students are living out the best part of their youth, working to¬ ward the future, having high hopes for success after graduation, but still not compro¬ mising the fun times. No matter what seniors do after graduation, they will know they were in the high life.
