President - Wallace Hook STUHENT (OOPEUTIVE ISSIKIITKU The purpose of having a Student Cooperative Association is to promote the idea of self-government, to create in the student body a deeper sense of responsibility, and to promote a closer understanding between students and faculty. The bodies which govern our S.C.A. are the Senate and Council. We owe much recognition to Miss Pauline Smith, who has strived to promote the work of our S.C.A., an organization of which we are proud. We, the students of Osbourn High School, are thankful for the opportunity to govern ourselves and learn the ways of true democracy. Jack Piercy, Parliamentarian; Emily Fletcher, Secretary; Wallace Hook, President; Bobby Taylor, Vice President; Arlene Sullivan, Stenographer. 12
