To the Juniors, we will our Senior dignity. To the Sophomores, we will our ability to climb to the top. To the Freshmen, we leave our success in making good enough grades to become seniors. To the School, we will all our respect and honor. To the Teachers, and the superintendent, we leave our many thanks for their patience and teachings which will never be forgotten by the senior class. I, Dickie Goddard, will my position as captain on the basketball team to Jackie Caves, my wolfing abilities to Bob Cordray. I, Frances Yarborough, will my lady-like ways to Carol Sweeden, my place as pianist in the Rumpus Room to June Dixon. I, Melvin House, will my curly hair to Fred Byers, my Biology book to anyone who wants it .......... I, Georgia Powell, will my bashful ways to Georgia Hudspeth, my studying ability to Naomi Hardy. I, Betty Kinison, will my even temper to Bonnye Leib, my typing book to the Furnace, my red hair to Bobbie Powell. I, Shirley Powell, will my ability to tell some pretty good stories to Bonnie Dixon. I, Lois Sutterfield, will my ability to entertain office callers and all of the old carbon papers, stencils, gelatins and typing paper ruined this year to Beverly Price. I, Stanley Sweeden, will my ability to argue with the teachers to Fred Powell. We, Senions have spent considerable time in the writing of this will, and hope that it does not offend anyone. 19 - 9 Class Prophecy The day of June ZZ, 1975, I was flying over Washington D. C. on my flying saucer when I looked down and saw the President of the United States. The President in the year of 1975, was Melvin House. The Vice President was Stanley Sweeden who moved to Texas because he claimed Oklahoma didn't give him enough elbow room. As I flew on through Washington and into Oklahoma I saw a little bird and he told me that Betty Kinison was married to Buz Glenn and now have a set of twin girls. As I came back through California I saw Dickie Goddard sitting in a chair rocking his four children. Frances Yarborough was working as a designer trying to support his big family. As I was on my way back to Washington I flew over Illinois. In Chicago I saw Lois Sutterfield directing her famous All Girl Orchestra at the Marott Temple. As I flew over Cheyenne, Wyoming, I saw Georgia Powell and what do you know---a secretary, and setting on her boss's lap. As I flew over Fort Worth, Texas, what do you think I saw Shirley Powell a student at Texas Christian University, waiting hopefully for June. We have seen all the Seniors of 1955. We are on our way home to Mars. You can see what has happened to our loyal Senior Class in twenty years. 21 3, 's f , A. -e lv .1 S I ,T P1 Y rn- . Qu- Q Civ.- 4 F F wg 1 .. gg , I 1 Y .
