The Indians tied for the championship with California and Camdenton with identical 8-4 conference records. The Tribe closed their regular season of play with an over-all record of 15-8, outscoring their opponents by a scant 21 points, 1229-1208, for an average game score of 53.4 to 52.5. Osage's leading scorer was L. Strange with 298 points for an average of 12.96 points per game. Terry Rieder, 294 points for an average of 12.78 and Sam Oliver, 288 points for an average of 12.52 points per game, trailed close behind. Again this year. Cloath Dellbringge awarded a free throw medal to the members of the team hitting the highest per- centage of tree throws attempted, tl, l..
