Carol Smith Karen Bateman Cora Mart: Myrna Kammerer and Diane Pearson add comedy touch to thc show by pantomiming, Spike jones recording f Hawaiian War Chant Winners in the group music competition the boys quartet composed f Duane Bechtold Ralph Beach Ellis Mc Gowin and Stexe Nic hols with accompanlsts Ronnie Vann and john Coleman si ng their winning numbers Dry Bones and Worried Man Blues INJUN ANTICS ATTRACTS RECORD CROWD The annual, all student-production, Injun Antics, sponsored by the Chieftain Staff was held February 13 in the School of the Osage Auditorium. It was under the direction of Jody Eakins, assisted by Mary Strange and Shirley Steen. After much deliberation, judges Harry Vernon and Mrs. Gene Gamble chose the following winners: comedy field, Steve Schopp with his version of It's in the Book, individual music fieldg pianist Nancy Allen as she played Shangri-la and Moonlight in Vermontf' group musical fieldg boys' quartet, composed of Ralph Beach, Duane Bechtold, Ellis McG3win, and Steve Ni- chols singing Dry Bones and It Takes a Worried Man. Each student participating in an act became a mem- ber of the jefferson City Hi Fi Club. Keeping this in mind another winner was selected to represent Osage in the jefferson City Hi Fi Talent Show. This winner was again the Boys' quartet. The show which is primarily a fund raising project earned for the Chieftain a total of 57555.
