Learning the history of our coun- try and understanding the past and present day government processes are the two main objectives in the courses of American history and American government. Missouri history gives the student the basic knowledge of the state he lives in. World history relates the rise and decline of many empires. Health and psychology enable the student to comprehend himself more fully.
