'28- JUNIOR CLASS if 1943 The Freshman Class of three years ago 'as ragged by Mr. Howells! has proved to Orrville High that they were just as good as any other junior Class. Under the sponsorship of Mr. Holquist the class went all out on everggtlinisg and ever bo.lv. Class officers were chosen well with lohn Yfaring as presidentg Bob Genet, vice president. and Alice Neumeister as treasurer and secretary The junior Class kept decreasing demerits until they were the class with the lowest number of .le- merits. The scrap drive found the Juniors bringing in just as much scrap under more difficulties than ani other elass The juniors had tlent from everx angle foot ball basketball music cheerleaders dramatics pub lication, and topping it all when our girls' volley- ball team won the championship. Although few shine in brilliance. as a whole they are the brainiest bunch of kids in the lot. Their class play, Ever Since Eve. showed that they shine better here than most classes. Due to shortage of certain materials the Juniors had to raise money the hardest way. Even candy sales were cut out. When Prom time came around, all juniors were in there pitching to create the best prom they could give.
