Although the Commercial Senior Class of this year is very small, consisting of only six graduates, they have had thorough training under Miss Beik. The Bookkeeping class is unusually large this year, and is well equipped with the installment of a new Burroughs adding machine and calculator, which adds, subtracts, multiplies and divides. This machine is of great advantage to pupils who wish to take advanced bookkeeping. The typing classes are large, due to the fact, of in.com- Lucile Ware Edith Bates ing Freshman at the mid-year. Thhere are no first year shorthand students this year, but they will start their courre of shorthand next year. This is a result of the new ruling that has recently been made compelling Commercial students to take a three year course instead of two, as before.
