Soloists entered in the competition held at the Fresno State College were Carla Mason, Jack Fox, Kenny Diggs and Charles Cleave. This year the F. F.A. chose as their sweetheart, Shirlene Wilson, and, to celebrate her reign they held the annual Barn Dance. At the dance she was crowned F. F. A. Sweetheart by the club's Pres ident, Kenny Diggs. For one of their projects, the F, F. A. boys planted grass by the new building, which added to the school's attractiveness.
