The Freshmen were very good sports about the whole affalr and had a good tlme at the dance that evenmg. January 14 welcomed a Sadle H3Wk1HS Dance glven by our class, whlch proved very successful both to the attendmg students and our class treasury. Thls year's Sophomores are well represented in the school activities whlch lnclude Glee Clubs, Football, Basketball, MaJorettes, Orchestra, Band, and Cheering. The basketball team this year was Well repre- sented by the Junior boys. We also had three of our Junior girls support- ing our team as cheerleaders. Many members of our class participated in the orchestra, band, and glee clubs. We were well represented in several other activities throughout the year, including the Science Club, and Science Fair, Arts and Crafts, and the Crimson Crier and Rioteer staffs. One of our most successful projects of the year was the annual Junior Prom in March. Other highlights of the year were the Junior Speaking Exhibition and the Minstrel Show. Twenty three

Though most of us had colds for the Freshman Reception, which fol- lowed the initiation, we all thought itwas worth it. Now we are looking forward to the time when we are Sophomores. Shortly after the Freshman Reception we put on a successful Sophomore Social. Members of the class participated in the following school activities: Athletics, Camera Club, Arts and Crafts, Plays, Science Club, Cheerlead- ing, and Musical Organizations. Twenty five
