SENIOR PLAY First row Gertrude Wyman Valdine Chalmers Gloria Smith Patricia Plummer Gamor McGorr1ll Jean Dolloil' Second row Stacy Stevens Charles Allen Raymon Atherton SENIOR PLAY This year the 49ers presented Miss Jimmy a l1vely farce under the direction of Mrs Betty Call Miss Jimmy IS the laugh-provoking adventures of Jimmy a college youth who enters the dormitory of an exclusive girls school in search of a dress The school IS so exclusive that the girls never have a chance to meet any men other than their fathers brothers and cousins Jimmy enters at a time when the situation is the darkest and it looks as if the girls are not going to be able to get together enough young men to make their spring prom a success. Jimmy is caught and is forced to dress in the clothes he has stolen to avoid being caught, but too late. To make certain there will be enough men at their prom, the girls decide to hold J immy for ransom until his friends come to the prom. Everything would have worked out fine but for the arrival of the chief of police, who is an expert on kidnaping. Only by the aid of Droopy, the colored janitor, does Jimmy finally escape, after promising to come back for the prom. Beware! The big shot you hear of today may be Bred tomorrow.
