We also had an active social life with the F.H.A. initiation, the tea for mothers, dinner for student council, and a fashion show. Extra money-earning activities such as bake sales, cookie sales, serving refreshments at P. T. A., and I 5 a carnival booth helped to keep our year a busy one. We learn cooking, knit- ' -, , - ting, sewing, baby care, and many other valuable aids that will someday help us to become leaders and assets to the community in which we live.
