Wee The Glee Club, directed by Mr, Kwate and accompanied by Joann Hull on the piano, was a great help to the school and community, performing at many functions. Nine of the songsters sang their Cantata for the Women's Improvement Club and the Kiwanians to help them celebrate their Christmas parties, The entire Glee Club sang for the National Education Association Centennial Celebration at the Mill St. Auditorium, Tuesday April 2. We helped create an impressive finish to the Band Concert by singing Battle Hymn of the Republic with the backing of the band, We took part in the Chico Music Festival, where we received excellent ratings, We also performed another community service by singing at the Junior Women's Ice Cream Social, We finished the year in the same thrilling way - bidding the Seniors a farewell in song at their Baccalaureate,
