rs if CLASS HISTORY Way back in the face of '45, we took our seats as green Freshmen in Mrs. Curr1er's homeroom. Our four class officers were: Bob Blumberg, presidentg Johnny Nelson, vice president, Rose Humphrey, secretary, Rod Graham, treasurer. To Student Council we sent Ron Bolton and Peggy Humphrey. We had a Lilac Dance with lots of decorations to carry out our theme We were tortured in the usual initiation, but, needless to say, as Sophs we had our revenge At Hallowe'en we won half the prize for the best float As we started our Sophomore year, remained our advisor for the rest of our that year were Warren Fick, president, Alice Ramsdale, secretary, Rod Graham, Dick Piersma were our Council representatives were adopted by Miss Klug, who high school days Our officers Gerald Gubbins, vice president, treasurer June Burhyte and We made money that year in various ways, having dances, movies, sell ing chances and crew hats, and with summer bake sales Mrs Nelson became a co advisor in our Junior year We had a suc cessful rummage sale along with our other activities We elected our yearbook staff to get an idea of what our jobs would be the next year Our play, 'Life Begins At Sixteen, despite all the usual worrying, was a success Our Prom, which we all worked hard on, was also well worth our efforts Thanks to the Piersmas our decorations were really beautiful The treasurer's books were closed that year with a balance of 51,053 Our officers were Ronald Bolton, Marie DeSeve, Alice Ramsdale, Rosemary Maloney and Rod Graham On Student Council June Burhyte and Warren Fick At last our Senior year and we really were busy!
