Supt. Delbert L. McGinnis A Parting Word - The Class of 1965 has the pleasure of being the first class to graduate from the brand new Parkview High. We, in the administration of the school district, hope that you will always be proud of this fact and will look back with fond memories of your senior year at Parkview. At the same time we hope you have prof- ited by your four 'years in high school. I hope you will give some thought to these parting words: Every human mind is a great slumbering power until awakened by keen desire and by definite resolution to DO.

Principal Hugh Cl Porter To the Seniors As graduating members of the class of 1965, you have succeeded in attaining one of the major goals of your life. 'Graduation, however, should not be looked upon as the terminating point of your educational endeavors. In reality, it is the opening of a door to a world of unlimited oppor- tunities. It is through a continual quest for knowledge and the subsequent self-improvement which accompanies this that you will be able to lead a rich, satisfying life as responsible citizens in this great country of ours. I sincerely hope you will take the step across the threshold of the open door and enjoy the fruits of the future it holds.
