Upon receiving a cordial yes They came in and were assigned To a room over which presided Two raTher sTern looking individuals who checked cards and blue-pen- ciled subiecT maTTer wiTh a speed ThaT made newcomers dizzy. These young people however, were OT sTern characTer and unaTraid chose Their leaders Tor The year wiTh Wayne Munyan as PresidenT. The year rolled by and anoTher dawned. Sad To say many oT The original number had leTT, buT during The year we received recruiTs in The persons oT Alice Terry, Hazel Oliveria, Rose ForesTiere, Erma ChrisTopher, Beverley Underhill, Mary Medeiros, and Carl Kaminska. Wayne Munyan again led The group, assisTed by able oTTicers. Under Their direcTion The class conducTed a successTul scrap drive and gave The incoming Freshmen a rousing welcome under The Theme l-Tow Green We Are. ln our Third year we began To make The sTudenT body know ThaT we were people oT imporTance.
