We hope to be- come the very best there is. As we reach for the stars, we are setting our goals high, and trying to reach the top. We dream dreams, then make them come true. If we continue to try our hardest, soon we will become the very best. The answer can be found at the end of the rainbow. We are meeting challenges every day with new determination. The school is a stepping stone in the path towards our futures. We are learning and experiencing many new things each day. Without the help of the faculty, administration and our peers, our success in this would be limited. But with the help of our school and those around us we can see through the clouds. Look over your hardships and into your rainbows to find your neverending story. THEME 5 sv. Each staff member was given a posi- tion and trained in his specific area. All of the students learned skills in layout, graphic arts, copy writing, and news writing. Some of the staff doubled as photographers, typlsts, and as proofreaders. This year the staff published a professional style news- paper. lt was printed monthly by Orem-Geneva Times, on newsprint, and contained excellent articles and photo- graphs. Staff members were given a variety of assign- ments for the newspaper. Many were asked to sell adver- tizement space to local businesses to help the budget and give them a real life experience. The final product was one the staff could truly be proud of. Stone, Layout Editor, Back row: Paul Sorenson, Co-Editor: Eric Myers, News Editor. The play is based on the book by Frank Gilbreth and Ernes- tine Gilbreth Carey. Dad was one of the great pioneers in industrial effi- ciency and he sings to his family, What works in the factory works in the home. His older daughters rebel against their father, espe- cially Anne. She is unaware of her father's heart condi- tion. His factory in the home plan is an attempt to drive the family to super-efficiency so they will be able cope when he is gone. What Dad doesn't realize is that Anne has grown up. The breaking apart of Anne and her father and then their coming to a special maturity and mutual respect give meaning and emotion to this delightful comedy.
