BEAVERS TAKE ON DUCKS IN 116TH CIVIL WAR GAME Attendance was 47,249 fans, a Reser Stadium record. - ESPN College Football ONE FIERCE RIVALRY Meeting their home state rivals at a pocked Reser Stadium this year. The Beavers football team charged into the Civil War game heads down, ready for whatever the Ducks may throw at them this year. The Beavers clawed for every point they could in the first half, with a solid 7 yard touchdown rvn from RB Storm Woods as well as a 36 yard field goal from Trevor Romaine. Ultimately, the Ducks took control the second half with a final score of 48-24. Last summer, eight students enrolled in the school of design and environment's class, DHE 299, hoping to learn and explore the elements of fashion styling. Instead of traditional lectures and tedious homework assignments, the three-week course took an unusual hands-on approach. In the course's first week, instructor Keith Nishida assigned his eight students their final project: Create a fashion magazine. With their sights set high, the students worked tirelessly on the assignment, eventually leading to an end result beyond anything they had originally anticipated.
