Frederick Maurice Hunter, chancellor of the Oregon State System of Higher Kducation, who champions the growth and development of their school through his continual work for the betterment of all six institutions under his administration. Friendly Dr. Hunter governs policies of the I niversity of Oregon, Kugene; I niversity of Oregon Medical School. Portland; Fast-ern Oregon College of Kducation, Fa Grande; Oregon College of Kdu-cation, Monmouth; Southern Oregon College of Kducation. shland; and Oregon State College.
