This year the cheerleaders did their best to lead the cheers and to make the student body respond to their utmost Sally Sumner and Barbara Kelly made up the varsity crew and Sus an Mackay Joan Carr, and June Johnson worked toward the support f the lightwelghts. Toward the end of the season, the Pep Club elected Carol Mc- Carthy, Iloretta Kearns, Betty Hulford, and Iris lansler as substi- tutes and to be regular cheerleaders next year.
