Boys' League The Boys' League is an organization of all Iunior High School boys. Monthly meetings are held at which time programs of an educational, as well as an entertaining nature are offered. Each year the Boys' League sponsors the March of Dimes. Mr. Sawyer is the adviser. Officers of the League this year are: president, I. C. Wheeler: vice-president, Lee Kidsman: secretary, Don Metz. Gerald Renner, lack Hogg, Rodny Marsh. Hustler The Hustler is the student publication of the Iunior High School which is published once a month. This activity furnishes opportunity for those students interested in creative writing to express them- selves and to keep the student body informed on happenings of the school. Mr. Bentz and his efficient photography club have made the job much easier. Row Z: Mr. Bentz, Mrs. Cox. 4 Photography Club The Photography Club is a non-credit course available to Iunior High students. Its interest is in providing instruction and equipment for beginners, also encouraging those more advanced students -to learn more about photography. The course consists of learning how to take, develop, print, inlarge, wash, dry, and many other steps in photography. The club's main projects this year are taking pictures of all the clubs and organizations in school, and of all the ninth grade students individually for use in this Hesperian and in the office files. The club also took individual students pictures and school activity pictures, which were sold to the stu- dents to help pay for the expense of operating the club. This club was organized during 1948 by the present advisor, Mr. Gale Bentz.
