Whether it's cruising the streets, going out on dates, or partying out of your mind, the nightlife is one of the most important activities in the life of a high school student. Homework and chores around the house tend to put a damper on fun times, but we all seem to find time to spend a few hours with friends. This year, many students found refuge at the show, the Pump , the Emporium, and various party spots around town. Mom and dad may have had some objections, but the gas that was used in the car did go for a good reason. Nizht Life: After Hours Above: Time lapse photo slows down the speed of light. We're in the Monev!! Junk food, fuel, tapes, and clothes. We all spend money on something. A lot of students ask their folks for an allowance - or a raise in one. Others resort in hun- ting for jobs. For a young, inexperienced high school student, being successful in the working world is a tough job. Employers have a tough time work- ing around school, sports, and vacations. Most of the time, if you don't like working with food, clothes, or gas, jobs are far and few between. Sophomore Guy Pinkman works at Misko's and had this to say about his job, I like the work and the ex- tra cash, but it bugs me when peo- ple try on 8 pair of shoes, make me lace them, and then don,t buy any. ibn: Top Left: Hard at work Jr., Brad Dowse.
