'ti l Just another cold, snowy foot- ball game that was lost in the clos- ing seconds, another boring fourth period in a sweaty stuffy room, another class meeting that only three-fourths of the class showed up to, another pep rally that no one yelled at, just another B in English. Just another average September.

t .www 1 ffgxl L The girls enjoyed a new locker room, while the guys took advantage of the new wrestling and weight room facilities. Halls around OHS experienced a new look with murals, designs and paintings provided by the Fine Arts Club. The Varsity Football team thrilled their fans by making an amazing turn around from last year's disap- pointing l-8 season and coasting to a stout 6-2-O finish. Narrowly missing the state football playoffs was frustrating but at the end of the season the Chants were rated by the Omaha World Herald sixth in the state class B ratings.
