We placed 3rd at the conference tournament. The high- lights of the season were Jimmie White winning the state title for the second consecutive year. Jimmie also qualified to represent Michigan this summer on a Good Will tour to Russia. Kevin Gue and Dave Nichols qualified for state this year. Kevin defeated his long time foe, Kurt Sapp from Reeths Puffer to qualify for state. The freshman squad really performed well. Things are looking up for the Cards of 1987-88.
