HIGH SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION Dear Graduates: By the time you read this you will have graduated and have become part of Orchard View ' s long and rich history. You will always be special because you were the 25th graduating class of Orchard View High School. Orchard View takes great pride in the education it has provided its approximately 5,125 graduates. We have tried to provide you with the knowledge, skills, moral and physical background, and overall positive attitude needed in future life. It is our hope that you have an adequate foundation for whatever life may bring. You are now experiencing a new phase of your life and I, with many others, wish you the best in all future endeavors. It is also my hope that through your example the underclassmen recognize, as you did, the importance of a high school diploma. Again, best wishes and God bless each and everyone of you. Richard Brothers Principal Dear Students, The 1986-87 school year has come and gone in a flurry of activity. Due to the effort of you, the students, much has been accomplished here at Orchard View. More and more of you have become actively involved in school life. Involvement is key to the growth and development of Orchard View High School. In my five years as assistant principal, students and staff alike have become more involved in the functions of the school. Involvement in athletics, student council, honor society, close up, curriculum council and a host of other functions has created a more positive attitude here at Orchard View. Thi s positive attitude has caused the school to run in a more efficient and effective manner. With continued effort, this trend to be involved and be active will continue to grow at Orchard View. Hopefully, graduating seniors will take with them the need and desire to be involved and will be active in the community in which they live. Orchard View is indeed living up to its motto of Looking Good and Getting Better. Whether you are continuing on here at O V. or moving on to other ventures, my wish for you is to be involved in life. I wish you to take an active role in the matters that concern you. I wish you to make an impact on the world in which you live.
