During this, the sccond year of operation of student gov- crnment, a great deal was accomplished to pave the way for even more progress to be made by future student bodies. THE STUDENT Early in September a long list of amend- ments and modifications to the Constitu- tion was introduced to the student body, and was subsequently approved by that group. The Legislative powers of the Student Council are vested in the Student Execu- tive Board, consisting of otficers of the several school organizations, and home- room representatives. FALL COUNCIL of the Executive Board is done by six com- missioners. The commission chairmen, as well as the members ot the commissions, are chosen by the student body otticers. The chairmen are non-voting members ot the Student Executive Boards, and serve as long as their commissions Function.
