With many practices, the boys were drilled at sprinting and distances, and worked with Weights to get in shape for the coming district and conference meets. Keep on Tfruckfifn, The OPHS Cross Country Track team sped its Way through another great season. It was not unusual to see them running in perfect rhythm by the school. These very dedicated athletes were training for cross country. Many members of the team won awards for their outstanding performances.
