Intcrclub Council The Interclub Council is an or- ganization formed to coordi- nate activities of all clubs at O.P.H.S. All members in I.C.C. are vice-presidents of other clubs. The purpose of I.C.C. is to encourage student lead- ership and development, brought about by the work of all the clubs. Students divide up into groups according to their interests. The Rocket Club constructs rockets and launches them.
