Student Court The OCCC Student Court functions just as any other court of law. The Student Court is a court of peers. There are five judges on- the bench, one elected Sophomore and four ap- pointed judges. A court clerk and a secretary are appointed also. The cases tried by the court fall under the Student Code of Conduct. Park- ing and bussing cafeteria dishes lead in most cases tried. The Student Court also makes up the judicial committee which reviews bills brought to the Student Senate and interprets the Constitution.
