The flfST QFCICSUGTG was Chester Lackey. By T925 the enrollment had swelled to thirty-four which was considered a very large class. Today the senior class has an enrollment of one hundred and eight. The largest Senior class to graduate was in 1947, when one hundred and twenty-four grad- uated. However, fourteen were veterans graduating on the G. l. Bill. The class of '53 is the fiftieth anniversary class of the Ontario Public School. We are also the first class to graduate from the new Ontario High School. president. Two of the mostoutstanding accomplishments of the class of '53 were the class play, Mother is a Freshman , and the purchase of a trampoline, the first one in the Ontario High School. Under the capable leadership of Dick Speelman, president, Roberta Lees, viCS-PreSider1t, ' ' d h' h Loretta Ybarzabal, secretary, and Theda Murray, treasurer, the class of 53 maintame a ug standard of sportsmanship, pep, and friendliness.

QON GOOD' The Student Body elected the following officersin the spring of T952 for the year i952-53: President - Loren Sevey, Vice- .d - press ent Don Good, Secretary - Arlene Keller, Treasurer - Martin Hasegawa, and Sergeant-at-Arms - Gilda Holdermon. The Student Council consisted of the Five student body officers, allfour officers from eachclass, and Mr . McConnaha- Principal, also Mr. Humphrey, and Mrs. Patrick. The Student Council acted as a student union reflecting the wishes and demands of the Student Body. On October 29 the student body officers attended the Regional Student Confer- ence at La Grande.
