Like all that was over great we began atihefoot of the ladder with all eyes towardthe goal as we hope to attain in 1945. Frank Howard Reporter. . . . . . . .Russell Yenor Our natural enemy,'dm:Sophomores,atmmpted 'to scale the heights in giving us our initiation lastnnl, but our great Freshman Class came through with Colors Flying , and we still bear in mind that revenge is sweet, so we mean to do our best for worstjte the class of next year.

,ax ' I W 1. 4 I JUNIOR HIGH We have passed from the intermediate grades into Junior High. All 56 of us feel more grown up now. We attend classes in various departments and have a teacher for each subject. We mingle with sophisticated high school people who even condescent to mingle with us. Our Class Officers are: Peggy Morris . . . . . . President Phyllis Tyler. . . .Vice President Marie Herrmann . . . Secretary Shirley Dermyer .... . Treasurer We feel the year has been a successfulcne, in which we have laid the foundation for an exciting high school career.
