Those who have joined since Sepfember are: Bill Rafferly, Lena Nowafzky, Charlorre Wilde, Dave Joor, Evolyn Fisher, Waller Burns, Noreen Adams, Roy Shorrf, Ellen Sui+s, Helen Sui'l's, Jack Parkinson, Faye Vadeboncoeur, Dolores Hisingron, Helen Reilly, Carol Johnson, and Gary Vielle. Some of fhe fopics discussed are: The Berlin Crisis, Possibilily of a Third World War, The Marshall Plan, Anfarcrica, Alaska, Turkey, China, and The Norih A'I'lan+ic Securi+y Pact Besides our regular meefings, which are held every o'l'her Monday, we have had a Chrisfmas Parry, a scavenger hunf, and are planning some sori of a social evenl' in 'rhe summer. We pariicipaled in a round-'lable discussion over WNDR. The +opic which we discussed was Religion and Hs Effecf on World Peace . l.R.C. members, Lena, Dick, Helen, and Ed, have been successful members of 1'he Valley News LQ. feam heard over WFBL.

A commiffee of 8 people was selecfed fo make plans for fufure Junior class acfivifies. They are Bob Chard, chairman: Nancy Normand, co-chairman: Don Cor- regan, Maryou Talie, Bob Schalk, Jaclr MacDonald. Barbara Merwin and Anne Wil- liams. To dare fhe only acfivify we have planned is our Junior prom which is fo be held on May 27. This even? is fo be semi-formal and will be from 8 fo I2 in fha O.V.A. gym. The spring ferm slaried wiih 'l'he pledging of Marilyn Wildrige, Be++y Bungay, Shirley Sherman, Marjorie Cameron, Elizabelh Ri+chie, Pal' Bowen, and Shirley Wallace. On March 4, Tri-Y held ifs annual Record Romp , which proved fo be very successful, bofh socially and financially. - We had our usual food sales and paiama parfies. We closed a very successful year wi+h our annual oufing in June.
