As in lhe pasl, we gave 'Ihe loolball loam a banquel. The caplains ol all lhe 'reams in lhe cily league were guesls. Mr. Soulhworlh was loaslmasler. The guesl speakers were I-larold Babe Rulh, I-lugh Dougherly, I-larold I-lollman, slar players from Syracuse Universily. This occasion loo proved a success. Al a lea given for lhe sludenl leachers, James Woodard ancl Warren Mcliibbon furnished enlerlainmenl. Under lhe direclion ol The Sludenl Council 'rhe Alhlelic Tax has been paid by quile a large percenlage of lhe sludenls. This 'rerm rhe Cily-wide Council really gor under way. Our president Rundell Maclean, was honored by being chosen as Vicerpresidenl. We hope lhal The years lo come will prove lo be as successful as has lhe pasl year.
