The JV Football team had a very victorious season under the observant eyes Ju of james Gleason and William Fariel, who are newcomers to the Oneida faculty this year. Most of the squad was made up of new players, but there were a few veterans from last year's team to help out when the going was tough. The team won six out of six straight games, and then decided to tackle the V.V.S. Varsity, excluding only Seniors. They did a magnificent job, losing by only five points. JUNIOR VARSITY BASKETBALL The IV Basketball squad, under the coaching of Ray Agudo, came through in fine fashion after a shaky start. Because of inerperience, they lost four of their first six games, but with this valuable experience gained, they won eight of the next nine.
