AN APPROVED BUSINESS INSTITUTE offers a safeguard in Courses of Instruction, which measure up to standards considered essential by the Regents. EVERY FACULTY MEMBER of an Approved Business Institute must be personally certified by the Board of Regents as to his ability to teach specific subjects, based on college training and business or teaching ex- perience.
