Nargee has been watching the Junior Class and has found them hard at work throughout the year. During football season they had charge of the concession stands at Durham Park. When basketball season started, the Juniors again took over the concessions, this time in the new concession room in the lobby of the gymnasium. Almost all the Juniors could be found at the basketball games, for the concession stand required the assistance of all those who were not playing basketball, playing in the band, or leading cheers. Spring found the Juniors as busy as ever. They’ll never forget those midnight rehearsals for the Junior Play, The Little Dog Laughed . The high point of all Junior activity, the Junior-Senior Prom, came just two weeks after their play. The Juniors chose a garden scene as the theme for their prom and spent a busy two weeks preparing an awning, wishing well, bird bath, lawn furniture, and banquet tables.
