391044641 Tacoma, Washington July 1, 1965 Miss Pat Judd Head Dietitian, Institute for Mentally Unbalanced Steilacoom, Washington Dear Pat Judd: Perhaps your present environment is partially responsible for this, but I knew you would be interested when I awakened this a.m. and realized we had been traveling com- panions in the Land of Dreams last night. It seems that on a certain warm afternoon, July lst, 1965, we embarked in a long black convertible and sped away to Seattle on a shopping trip. As we entered Seattle we absent-mindedly run through a stop light. When the patrol officer stopped us we were very much surprised to see that we knew him, for lo and behold, it was our old class- mate Darrell Burden. Helping him make out the ticket was Eunice Moltz. We couldn't find a place to park the car so we decided to have it greased, and drove to a nearby Shell Station. Much to our surprise who should be working there but Howard Kalnoski. We stopped and talked to Howard for a few minutes and he told us that Jack Rice was working in a big butcher shop in New York City. We left the car and as we walked dovm the street we saw two familiar faces. We stopped to gaze upon them and after a few seconds we recognized them as Mr. and Mrs. Dale Willis. Dale and Darlene told us that Delaine Nederlander is in the Army and that Tom Girard is a great Professor in the Harvard University. We hear from different sources that Joann Williamson is working in a big photog- raphy shop, tinting pictures. Hellen Mitchell, Mary Courtney and Patty Rogers are all living in Tacoma. Bob Locke is a famous lawyer in Timbuctoo. Netty Fossett is happily married and living in Shangralila. We heard that Jim Shore has made several trips to the moon and back in his new kind of jet plane. Norma Erickson and Luana Jacobsen are in the entertainment world twirling their way to fame. Dorothy Franklin went to the State University and graduated with high honor. Ronnie Cooper, the great playboy, is making his business in California. Betty Lohff has returned to Wisconsin where she has the world's famous dude ranch. Shirley Hale has invented a new solution for the skin. She calls it Miss Hale's New De-freckler Solution. Ruth Johnson won the Miss America title a few years after she graduated. Darlene Spoons is a house- wife and has two children, but I can't remember where she lives because the alarm went off.
