Earrer First Assistant Superintendent One of Utah's top educators with an extensive background in all Phases of education is Dr. Eng- land. He has been supervisor of secondary education for Fifteen years. He received his doctor's degree at Stanford University in 1945. Superintendent of Granite School District After attending Utah State Uni- versity and the University of Utah, Mr. Hartvigsen became as- sistant superintendent ot public instruction for the state of Utah, where he served four years. A specialist in school Finance and public relations, he is a big man to meet the big job in Granite. Assistant Superintendent One of the most respected men in the state is Dr. Earrer. He was the principal of Olympus High in its beginning. He was also the first principal of Central ,lunior High. Dr. Farrer was professor of Secondary Education at the Uni- versity of Utah where he received his doctor's degree in 1954.
