STAGE CREW operates the stage for all school and public functions that use the auditorium. This includes operating the curtain, house lights, and the spotlights. HOUSE AND GROUNDS is a group of boys that give up their study period to work around the school under their adviser, Y'Valter Chance. They pick up litter and make the school more pleasant to look at. For this service they receive a letter award which is a small thank- you for their big service. Page Twenty-five

Purpose of USHERS CLUB is to aicl in all athletic events and to help with any other school activities, 1'6- portecl Nancy Pebbles, president. Ushers assist at loot- hall games, basketball games, concerts, plays, yisitations, commencement, and other functions ol the school, Harold Anderson is adviser for the group. KNIGHTS OF THE OYSTER is a service organization formed lor athletic events such as loothall and hasket- hall. KOs, as they are known, help with the score- board, benches, and the clean-up ot' the Held equip- ment lor loothall. They also help with the conces- sions stancl. Chief ol' this year's club is Roy .-Xlhro, and atlviser is Robert Stumners. ee WORKING FOR LOST AND FOUND is a service organization which keeps a record of all articles turned in. Being a LIBRARY ASSISTANT is a difficult job done by a group of hard working students, explained Michael Schuller, adviser. Getting new books ready to check out and keeping a record of all books are some ol' the many jobs done by the group. Mrs. Gladys Prunty is also in charge of those who help with the new books. OFFICE ASSISTANTS answer the phone, deliver messages, work on the daily absences, and are sonietinies asked to do sonie of the typing and niinieographing. These shouts could be heard coming from nienibers ol' the CONCESSIONS COMMIT- TEE during the football ganies as they carried their boxes of refreshments throughout the stands.
