MMM Y LOOKING TO 'I'o promote acquaintances with and an understand- ing of our neighbors in all parts of the world through the exchange of letters is the purpose of CORRESPON- DENCE CLUB. The club also acts as a clearing house for many letters requesting information about Olympia and Wfashington State. Judy Hayes is president, and Miss Alma Olson is adviser. Purpose of SCIENCE CLUB is to encourage science at OHS and to create greater interest in science, ex- plained X'Valter Chance, adviser. These students take field trips and display projects at Dads' Night. Main goals of FFA are to develop leadership, co- operation, and citizenship among the high school boys of today, stated Robert Boyden, adviser. Varied activi- ties include participation in National FFA Week, and the Father-Son Banquet. President this year is Dave Mack. Purpose of FHA is to promote better homemaking among girls who are taking or have had one semester of home economics. Alyce McKay served as presidentg Mrs. Eileen Dekker was adviser. Y WINNING POSTS GIRLS CLUB at OHS promotes loyalty to the school and enthusiastic support of all its activities to foster the finest qualities of girlhood. The club's activities are the Father-Daughter Banquet, Big Sister Party, Mothers' Tea, and sending CARE packages. Pat Osborn, presi- dent, and Miss Elizabeth Crockett, adviser, head the cabinet.
