lt's the Principal QI. Matters has been on duty as director of 0 life at Olympia high school for over 20 years. During this time he has done outstanding work helping O.H.S. students both socially and educa- tionally. Mr. Matters has a big responsibility in super- vising thirteen hundred students during the school day and often longer, but he is always there when a student needs assistance in any matter. Mr. Matters has the welfare of the school and students constantly in mind W I Matters Prmcxpal W A Gellermann Elizabeth Crockett I H Bohle Guulancc Counselor Dean o Gul: Vzcc Prmcxpal ending a helping hand to O H S students is Alan Gellermann Mr Gellermann former Olympia high school social science teacher returned to the faculty last fall after a year s absence In return ing he has assumed a new respon sibihty that of counscloi He prepared for his new Job at Co lumbia unncxsity and is now de voting all his time to the welfare and happiness of the students Mr Gellermann IS always on hand to iron out the rough spots in a student s day or to give vocational guidance He plays a major part in preparing the students today for their work tomorrow 65 s Miss Liockett inf is a ques tion heard often at Olympia high school Miss Elizabeth Crockett dean of girls has a full time job counseling gnls on their problems She lb in charge ol all testing and scholarships in addi tion to serving as social adxiscr to the Girls club She takes an inter est in X31 lous girls activities such as the Father Daughter banquet Mother s tea candy selling at noon and lost and lound Miss Crockett joined the administration in 1930 and since then has won an over whelmmg number of hiends through hcr gencrosity and hicnd liness Ten ave a registration problem?
