ITH Klil liR1i.X'Cli the M45 Olympiad is dedicated to the men, once students of Olympia high school, who have been reported missing in action and imprisoned, and to the memory of those former students who have given their lives on the battlefelds of the world. When the sacrifices and deed.s of these men are weighed, the dedication of an annual is relatively insignificant. This may he balanced somewhat lly the fact that the class- mates of these men have also left and are leaving their books to pick up the weapons of war, which were so valiantly dropped in battle. To those men who have died for the cause for which they dedicated their lives, let us remember: He has outsoared the shadow of our night: And that unrest which men miscall delight, Envy and calumny and hate and pain, Can touch him not and torture not again. To those still living, we ask of God that they may be spared to return to their home- land and live in the peace that they restored to it. Pictured on these pages are only a few of O.H.S.'s casualties. Killed in action, miss- ing in action, and prisoners of war, they are: Top row, left to right-john, Barrett, '40, killed in action: Vernon Megiveron, 42, killed: Ralph Wickstrom, '43, killed: Ronald
