ADMINISTRATION During the past fifty years, the world has known many great men, each a leader in his own field-Roosevelt and Wilson, two great states- men. Claire Boothe Luce, a woman of prominence in the political world, Einstein, a genius of the Modern Age, Madame Curie, discoverer of radiumg Pershing and Eisenhower, the leaders of our Armies in the last two wars, Booker T. Washington and Horace Mann, men who made trends in the field of education. Thus the world recognizes its great. Their advance to achieve their goal of a better world has been a long and difficult path. We, too, travel a road, but one less arduous and cemented by the help and encouragement of our teacher. In these pages of our yearbook we, the class of Iune '50, would like to recognize our leaders: the principal, the teachers, and the counsellors, all the people who have guided our way through high school. For the past few years these have been the great and important in our lives. We appreciate a wonderful faculty, whose dedication and devotion will enable us to master successfully whatever the future holds. 10
