'QL-:ww OW that we had learned the ropes we kids entered the sophomore year seeing to it that we had a share in every thing. We even noticed the fact that dur' ing those two terms Doris Cutler and Norma Schaeffer were the S.A. presidents, while our senators were Peggy Henny, Harry Pursell, and Kate Uhlig straight through. Remarkable it was, the way we got around Danny Wood the star halfback used to say hello to me while Hunk Higgins claims he rated a smile now and then from Doris Cutler. We kept up with all the events-Ickabald even asked a girl to a dance. This fast stepping was gradually putting a gorgeous gray tint to my white saddle' shoes. That made me happy.
