2 E Leaders We may Weil be proud of the Leaders when we consider that there are few schools in the country which permit pupils to teach groups in the gymnasium. In order to win coveted membership in this organization, a candidate must serve a probationary period in the Junior Leaders, Club. When she is once admitted to the senior group, a leader must maintain a high scholastic average in order to remain in the club. The class of January ,38 is proud that three of its members, Ruth Ebert, Thelma Fiegei, and Eizada Lewis, have Won their L,s for outstanding teaching ability and service.

Hoclcey Olneyys hockey team may not win the championship, hut never let it he said that it does not play gallantly and well under the tutelage of Miss Martha Gable. The team, however, is at a great disadvantage in having an asphalt practice held, for when the girls play on grass at other schools, they find it difficult to adjust their playing to the slower field. It was hecause of this difficulty that the team bowed to Abington, 5 to 0. However, the Trojanettes defeated Hallahan Catholic hy a score ol 2 to 0.
