This has indeed been an exciting and victorious year. This is Victory Year has been more than a slogan, it has been a glori- ous reality. Victory spiritually — academically — numerically and materially. The completion of the Ten Year Development Program was celebrated on Founders ' Day. The climax of this tremendous event was the dedication of Reed Hall of Science. This was the fifth and final building envisioned for the ten year period, 1957-1967. Our student enrollment is five hundred above that which was envisioned by the Planning Commission and the Board of Trustees when the development program was launched in 1957. The professors assigned Divisional and Departmental Chair- manships this year will match the best leadership of any Christian Liberal Arts College in the nation.
