FOREWORD he Congress Staff of 1951 presents as their theme, the Olean Huskies Certainly, no group in high school is more deserving of this show of our appreciation than the Huskies This name represents the athletic teams of Olean High School throughout the past ten years-a group of athletes who have added greatly to the honor and esteem of the school. Our earnest endeavor has been to present a book that will remind everyone of the importance of the Huskies in our school life. No other organization in high school boasts as many members. No other group has as many supporters or produces as much spirit. Without the Huskies, a vital part of our school spirit would be gone. The Huskies have turned out many line athletes, and what is more important, men who have profited much from the teamwork and responsibility involved in athletics. It is our sense of the spirit and pleasure that has been given to our hope that the following pages will reveal to the reader a school by the Huskies Page Five
