CLASS WILL Be it hereby known that the Senior Class of 1947, being of sound body and what is left of a sound mind, do hereby will, be. queath, devise, and otherwise leave the following prized ppsses- sions to those designated in this our final will and testament. To Barbara and Ruby, Billie Joe leaves her quiet and reserved ways. To Norma Jean and Altie, Helen and Lilly Mae leave their po- sitions on the famous Old Glory Girl's Basketball Team. May they live up to our high standards. To Johnny Cox, Gene Grice reluctantly leaves his job as of- ficial queen escort and usher, with special instructions on how to crown a queen. The Senior boys leave their untamished record as good stu- dents and fine athletes to the Junior and Sophomore boys. Richard Johnson leaves his collection of report cards to Charles Dugan and Roland Rose. He also bequeaths them six inches of his height. Billy Pittcock leaves his ability to sell candy at tourna- ments to Lewis Corzine. ' Jack Jones leaves his shy smile and ability to read shorthand to Edward Welsch. Billy Beil leaves his gold-bomd English notebook and little black book of guaranteed excuses to Jerry Calicotte. Joyce Letz gives to her little cousin, Laura, her nice ways and talent for working Algebra. Louis she will keep. To Roy Letz, Eugene Gerloff leaves his lmowledge of how to make all-tournament teams; also his popularity with the girls. Lilly Mae Baitz leaves her earnest desire to write good English themes to Lydia. Her position as substitute teacher she wills to Verna Krinke. Louis Rinn gladly donates his job as official stencil-cutter and artist to Lester Lehman - with best wishes.
